How to find consecutive numbers in excel

Hi All,

I am working on quality dashboard where I have to add a column for QIP stage.

I have to add a column to find whether it is in QIP 1 OR 2 OR Call for action.

The definitation is given below.

1.Quality Improvement Phase 1 (QIP1)
scheduled when QA quality scores fall below 95% for 2 consecutive QA audit periods

2.Quality Improvement Phase 2 (QIP2)
scheduled when quality does not show improvement over 3 consecutive QA audit periods after QIP1

3 Call to Action
administered after 4 consecutive QA Audits below 95% quality following QIP2)

I have Quality Score and week audited column. I m struggling to write the formula for this.

Hi Narayan, Here is the sample file for your review. I have added the data to data model and calculated the quality score for researcher. Now I want to see the QIP status. Please help me on this.
