how to fill cells with the same value and then fill when the value changes

i am posting the file with the link.


all i need in this file is that cell a1 value should be get filled down till the next new cell comes with different vale and then fill the second value till next rows till the next new value comes.


one thing to keep in mind is that their is difference in the number of rows between every new values.
