There are many topics (at least that I remember now and in which I've been involved) regarding that subject. Here are a few samples, but the first thing is to analyze if the website exposes the data in a way to be properly imported from the web (usually tables) or if it handle the display data in other non-retrievable ways (internally with java script, ajax, or other methods). So if you want to post the link here maybe someone could tell you if it's possible.
