1) If i edit cell and press enter, the value disappears. How he did it ?
2) I am not able to select the locked cell. How he did it ?
3) I am not able to see formulas he used. how he did it ?

Without looking at the file I guess:
- using the customer format ";;;" is used to make content invisible.
- the sheet is protected and some of these flags are activated

- formula bar is hidden or cell protection via cell format is like this

i am not able to remove unwanted space between/before/after text contained in cell

Not sure I understand. You cannot do it because of the protection and you can't edit the cells or you don't know the formula to do this?
Try TRIM ( ).
