How to displayed 1 minutes expired live temperature data (Excel-VBA Macro)

I have a controller in excel format that required the value from two cells to work.

Cell 1 = Old Temperature value (1 minute before) Cell 2 = Current Temperature Value (live value that keep refresh) (sorted)

In order for my controller to work, the value of (Current - old) is required.

But most importantly, how to get the one minute expired live value?
