How to display top 20 values in credit over 4 columns

How can I dynamically display the Top ten credit values over four columns of data, and/or for each of the four columns seperately.


Each column will have multiple debit or credit percentage values, data in each column will be for monthly, quarterly, yearly and five years data.


Any comments/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

For example, large(A1:D1000,1) for the largest number. Large(A1:D1000,2) for 2nd largest number.
