How to Display Search Result on ListBox with Heading..

Hi...

Attached is file where some emp data...I have created form with Textbox1 , Command button 1 and Listbox1 ...

Whatever i type in Textbox1 the result search in sheet1 and show on listbox if data not found then show no data found ....
