how to display information

Morning Guys
just learning to do things and I have seen some amazing complicated Dashboards on here

I have a KPI document to capture month by month information for a number of sites
I want to be able to display a dashboard that tell the story month by month but by site and by kpi , I have looked at all examples but cannot see how to display this so it show it in a sensible format can anyone give any advice
the excel is kpi's down the left and sites across the top and a tab for each month

any help appreciated

Hi ,

It is more difficult to aggregate information from multiple worksheets.

It is also more difficult to process information when the data is laid out in a matrix.

If you can restructure your data so that it is in the form of a flat table , it will be easily amenable to both formulae as well as pivot tables.

Just have 4 columns labelled KPI description , site name , month , KPI measure.

thanks for this now done this so now I have the following
top row site names starting column 3
column 1 month
Column 2 kpi
and the score dragged in from each sheet
need to sit down and see what looks good , struggling with that , may need to take a breaks lol
