How to display a picture based on a value in a conditionally formatted Cell

Hello to All.

I have been thinkering with an idea of displaying multiple pictures based on a conditionally formatted cell. The cell already shows a green fill if the value is abobe 1500, or red if below 500. I am wondering if it is possible to display a picture as the contents of this cell changes? and is it also possible to do this without a code?

bobhc, Thank you for your kind reply, and I would be grateful if you could explain a litlle for this Techie to understand. I have 3 worksheet and on the 3rd sheet I have two columns , columnA1:A20 is the Parts and column B1:b20 is the price and the cell b21 is the sum of the costs which is a conditional formatted cell that turns green or red if the value is above or below $1000
so i would very very much appreciated if you could instruct me to how to use/ write this statement.

Thank you Sathish KV, for your kind reply, however I can not replace it with a picture. I tried but still I can not really get it, maybe i should stick with red and green formatted fills.... and thank you very much for your kind reply...

What picture are you trying to put?
Are you talking about using picture as background and over it sum value in same cell?
