how to disable permanently "Microsoft has blocked macros from running untrusted source"

Hi All

whenever I download the micro enabled excel file from google or other sources, it is showing me this error "Microsoft has blocked macros from running untrusted source"

I know i can add a new path in excel trust center. but as we have many users. so, we cannot tell everyone to change the path of trust center in excel.

so, I want that is there any way or option that we can get rid of this error permanently. or fix a file so that when i send the file to other user he doesn't need to change the path of trust center.

What happens when you send one of your users a VBA program that you wrote yourself? How do you get around the problem in that case? That might provide the clue to how you can do the same in this case.
