How to Disable Cut, Copy and Paste in Excel 2007

Is it possible to disable cut copy and paste in worksheet.

If you allow 10 failed intents (or 20 if you're permissive), cutting a user finger each time might be an exemplary and instructive solution. If you love too much your users, well, then you should give a look to this link:
