Dear Experts,
I want to create basically 1 pivot table which can summarize my all KPI's .for example-spend,quality and delivery to be combined in one pivot table.How can we do that,i tried using power pivot and created separate tables for region,month (unique) and linked to the kpi data but still i don't get the desired result.can we achieve using power pivot,if yes then what is the right approach(how to establish join) or any other simple method.
pivot table should look something like "pivot" tab in the attachment.
Note:this is test data but actually each kpi would go around 5 lac records.So performance and memory is also one of the aspect I'm looking.
