How to create an alert based on a condition?

Hello Excel Experts,

I have an file were there are a list of 3 companies were u have the Buy Price, Stop Loss Price & Target Price. Would like to create a condition based on the following rules:-

1. ABC Company the Stop Loss Price is Rs.108/- the system has to alert me when the price nears Rs.107/- so that i can get out of the trade.
2. Similarly the Target Price of ABC is Rs.135.20/- the system has to alert me when the price nears Rs.134.20 so that i can book profits.

The above rules will be applied for the rest of the companies. Can the system give an alert with a message with a sound.

Guys sorry for the error. Would like to create a condition based on the following rules:-

If the LTP <= to the Stop Loss it has to alert me with a message along with a sound.
If the LTP >= to the Target Price it has to again alert me with a message along with a sound.
