How to Create a Dynamic Dropdown List

Hi,

In the attached sampe file I have a list of roles and potential providers. In cell A13 I have a dropdown list for the user to select a role. In cell B13 I want to create a list of providers for the selected role; i.e just the providers where there is a value (e.g "7\5") in the table. Any ideas?
