How to create a button/dropdown to show particular macros

I am looking for an easy way to create a button/dropdown to show particular macros.

I have looked at the Customize Ribbon dialog, but have no clue how to proceed.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

You could link particular macros to the QAT

Do you know whether there is a way to add/customize the available icons for the buttons?
