How to copy the contents of excel to body of the email?

I have a spreadsheet where I have some data and a button. i would like a macro to automatically copy the contents of a specified range in the excel to the body of the email on a button click.

Please help me on this.

No I havent used anything. I think macro recorder will not work for this case.

If I were you I'd use the macro recorder, do the stuff, and then check what I get. Surely it'll help a lot, if not fully.

I tried the code given in the link tat u sent. but it is sending the content as an attachment. It is not copying and pasting it to the body of outlook email. What to do?

If you had taken a momment or two to look aroud rondebruin site you would have found the answer for yourself!!
Did you actualy vist it the site before SirJB7 did all the work for you?
