How to copy paste cells in such a way that only cells having values are copied , no blank cell is copied

Hi, shyjuu!

Doubts:

a) If output range is empty copying values doesn't change anything, does it?

b) Do you want to copy the range with the embedded blank cells or do you want to shrink the copied cells to get all the info together? If so, row wise (up) or column wise (left)?

Regards!

I want to do as following

I have cells which has range F11:F21 now in this cell F15,F17,F18,F19,F20 are blank, now I want to copy cells F15 to F21 but do not want empty cells, so is there any way for this

Hi, shyjuu!

It's not clear for me:

- Let us say you have the Excel file Workbookito.xlsx which has 3 sheets, Sheet1, Sheet2 and Sheet 3.

- In Sheet1 at range F11:F21 you have cells F11,F12,F13,F14,F16,F21 with data and cells F15,F17,F18,F19,F20 empty.

- You want to copy cells F15:F21 to... where? You said F15:F21, but I recommend you to do nothing, as the source is the same as the target. Whick I assume it's wrong.

Consider uploading a sample file (including manual examples of desired output: cells contents before copy&paste and cells contents after copy&paste), it'd be very useful for those who read this and might be able to help you. Thank you.
