How to Copy Data from Different Cell's

HI ,

In here, I just want to move the coverage machine details to comments column but in it we have some other data's and couldn't copy from serial number 452 to 455 area.

How to copy & paste from one cells to another one where ever i have between the other cells data avail. Pls support.

Continuous above this , I copied the coverage data from s.no 442 to 455 and paste it in comments columns ( for internal reference) but It pasted till s.no 440 only not from 452-455 serial no's.

How to copy and paste Data between the cell references....?

Another best solution is upload the file to google drive and open with Google sheet. then copy the required area and paste where u want by pressing Ctrl + Shift + V

Thank you even that option know earlier but couldn't do the paste the data as particularly against the cells which was copied First I copied 635 to 784 Lines > Go to special > Visible cells Click > select the column and paste it. I got this below message.

Select Cells from 635 to 784 >> CTRL+ G > Select Visible Cells Only> Select Comment blank cell >=Opposite cell address > Ctrl +Enter
