How to convert "Duration" into days and "Business Elapsed Time" into days hours and minute

Need a formula to convert "Duration" into days and "Business Elapsed Time" into days hours and minute, I am downloading the data in excel format from Service Now and i need to calculate that into the actual format of service now.

Duration - 432000
Business elapsed time - 532239
Duration Result required - 5 days
Business elapsed time: Result required - 6 Days 3 Hours 50 Minutes


Can somebody please help me.
