How to consolidate multiple columns?

Good morning,
I already gave this challenge up so I really hope some of you can help me with this.

I ran into this challenge. To be clear, this sheet is way larger but for the purpose of my question I took a small amount of data. I need to be able to choose the customer and see the year and sum that year and divided in the groups. After that I need to see how much a customer grew or didn't from year to year, so a percentage on those groups. I thought of a pivot table but I also crashed there because of the calculation of the percentage between the two years.

I would really appreciate it if someone could point my into the right direction. Thank you in advance.

So now after looking more closely I am very curious what to did to achieve column M. There is no calculated cell as far as I can see.
