1- How to combine to names from Name Manager to make combined drop down list?
2- How to sum using a specific word? (file attached)

My second question is
Suppose, we have data in two different columns or sheets like name of students. Now I want to make a drop down list and i want that all name from all columns or sheets should come in that particular drop down list. is it possible?
