Hi shishpal,
Next time, upload a workbook with unprotected worksheets. It makes it easier for us to work with the data. Fortunately, worksheet protection is fairly easy to bypass. For other readers, a password you can use is:
AAAAABBBBBAX

As for your question, it looks the charts are already created...so I'm not sure what the problem is. You should be able to use these charts as a nice starting point/template for what you want to do. Also, you should do some study on Cpk and Six Sigma in order to understand how UCL/LCL and stuff are calculated. But again, all of the calculations you need are already in the workbook.

Hi Luke ,

I think what the OP wants is to extend the entire worksheet from its present range of 50 values to 100 ; all of the formulae will need to be changed.

The sad part is that if the data had been separated from the calculations , this would have been easy.

Thanks for the clarification Narayan.

@OP, I've moved your data table to a separate sheet, and created a XL Table. The advantage of the table is that you can make it grow/shrink as you need (dynamic) to the amount of data points you have. I then deleted cell contents on main page that are no longer used and blacked them out for now.

Dear all

You all are great and i am very happy that Luke M and Narayan took some time to help me out solve the problem , my problem was that i was not able to use the excel sheet to use and modify for 100 observation and my real problem was at using bin interval and creat histogram , X- chart and R-chart or let me put this way i was really stuck at bin interval formula and creat histogram , X-chart and R-chart .

Second , now i will use the modified excel list created by Luke M and then share the result with you all.

Dear Luke M

I have studied Cpk and Six Sigma and i am working in quality deptt. but i am at not that much good at excel so i was stuck at using this protected worksheet , so could you please help me out how to unprotect such a workbook.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Shishpal,
Please forgive my earlier comment, I had misunderstood the problem. I believe Narayan clarified for me that the issue was more about wanting to take more data points. To unlock the spreadsheet, you can either use the password I posted above, or see here for the macro I use:

Note that this post does not promote the use of hacking for malicious purposes. This information is given with the intent that the original owner of the spreadsheet has moved on, or the password has been forgotten. :)
