How to automatic refresh workbook every 20sec

I would like to know how to write a Macro for Automatic refresh every 20 seconds or so in the excel sheet attached or is there any setting in excel where I can change the minute to second . The connection properties allow me to set to refresh minimum every 1min only.

I have try to upload the file bit it too large so I have take a screen shot.

I manage to find a Macros Auto_Refresh.xlsm in this forum and like to take that guy who created it. After adding in 2 line and now it able to refresh depend on the Timevalue .
