How to Autofill Criteria as a series

Hello,

Is it possible to AutoFill a column of cells where the criteria of a function is increased by 1?

A function example such as: =COUNTIF($B$4:$K$9999;"000")

Where the above example is repeated in cells below it.

=COUNTIF($B$4:$K$9999;"000")
=COUNTIF($B$4:$K$9999;"001")
=COUNTIF($B$4:$K$9999;"002")
=COUNTIF($B$4:$K$9999;"003")
=COUNTIF($B$4:$K$9999;"004")
etc.
