How to add space before and after "/" using Excel formula?

Hi Could you fill my given excel with formula and make sure where "/" not available that data will show same as inputted data in out put data column.

I only use dynamic array formulas so my implementation is very slightly different, but I can confirm that @vletm's formula works perfectly.

What is the Requirement?

I certainly read the requirement as 'forward slash' is to be replaced by the 3 character sequence 'space, forward slash, space' and, in the absence of a forward slash the text should remain unaltered.
