How to add anchor texts to a column in excel ?

Hi,

I have list of keywords and list of urls, now i want to have a anchor text in another row how to achieve this. Please go through my below example and address me at earliest.


Name Website
MBA Courses http://www.coursesmba.com
MBA Details http://coursesmba.com/blog

Anchor Text
MBA Courses
MBA Details


How to achieve this by using excel auto process ?

Welcome to Chandoo.org forum. If all your data is consistently having http: then assuming you have data in cell A2 use formula:
=LEFT(A2,SEARCH("http:",A2,1)-2)
and copy down.
