How to add a formula to a pivot table

Hi All,
It's been a while, but now I have a question on how to add a formula to a pivot table.
Here's the formula: LOOKUP(2,1/(B5:AD5 <>""),$B$4:$AD$4) (thanks to CHandoo.org).

The pivot is broken out by account number in the rows and month/year in the columns and I need to add a formula to get the most current month that had volume by the account number.
I've uploaded a mock up of the report. Not sure what I need to do.

Hi:
I am not sure wether you will be able to add this formula has a calculated field.
Please find the attached , I have used helper column to get the last month with volume.
