How to access the hidden file named "PERSONAL.xlsb"

I have created a macro named Macro1 in the sheet 3 of the attached work book named "DATE". Now I want to access the hidden work book in "Personal.xlsb" which is hidden. I want to edit the module and assign a Short Cut.

But I cannot access the hidden workbook. How to access it.
Note: I have already searched the path: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART.

But that was empty!

Hi, somnath6309!
Try doing this:
a) From Excel, File tab, Options, Trust Center (last entry), Trusted Locations, and check the default path for files in folder XLSTART to see if it matches with that posted.
b) Use Windows Explorer to search for "personal" (unquoted) in all MyPC
