How do I make rows stationary as i scroll down my spreadsheet?

Please explain how to make the first 3 rows stationary as i scroll down my spreadsheet. Thank you.

I think you need to use the 'Freeze Panes' function, which can be found under the 'View' ribbon option.


You can also freeze a sub-section of collums & rows together, or just rows or columns alone. It all depends where your cursor is when you run the function! In short: excel will freeze anything above & to the left of your cursor!
