How do I get an interactive pie chart?

Hi, my name is Nischal Bhatt, am from singapore and need to ask an urgent question.

Any help is greatly appreciated


I have this list of countries and data attached to them.

The countries are grouped into Regions.


Now the question is, how do i create a pie chart such that the names of the individual parts are region names, but when i click on the parts, a new pie chart opens showing the countries in the respective regions ... is there a way to do this?

Hi Bhatt ,


This can be done using VBA. What do you want should happen if the user clicks on the subsidiary chart ( the one showing the countries ) ?


Either way , it would be nice if you could upload your file with the data so that others don't need to generate data to test everything.
