How do I delete matching positive and negative entries in a column

This is a same post for 2nd time round, and i hope i can be helped, the earlier post was deleted by chandoo.
@Marc L helped me, and did an excellent job, he brought the no. of discrepancies to minimum, and i was continuously using it to do my everyday tasks however due to myself getting a change to another job, and all other data in my other work laptop, i even thought the thread would be here but even that got deleted by chandoo, & efforts to search for the same, i managed to get one file see attachment , but it returns an error if anyone can resolve the same. Maybe its in a members drive somewhere ?

I recall that one, finally i ended up using the Filter function of pivot table on that one.
