How do I customize the connectors between a stack bar chart?

Got a small problem with the connectors between a stacked bar chart. I would like to 'combine' 2 bars, the green and red section (which is profit and loss respectively). I don't think excel lets us delete individual lines :S

Hi Jonathan,

It took some trickery, but I got it to work.
Need to add a fake series to the chart and put it on the secondary axis. Attached file shows chart & instructions for creating.


NOTE: If you need series lines on the black and gray columns, they would also need to be moved to the secondary axis. OR, I suppose you could do reverse...move profit and loss to secondary, and add series line to primary series.
