How do I auto refresh my spreadsheet

Hi,

I have formulas that include the amount of time elapsed. In order to get the most accurate information the spreadsheet needs to be refreshed and I so I normally press f9. However I would much prefer to have a live update. Is there anyway to make excel automatically refresh?

Can you check the uploaded file ?

Run the Refresh macro once , and see the time updating itself every 5 seconds.
