How do I add multiple numbers to high light in conditional formatting

I want to highlight all the prime numbers yellow with bold red font up to number 75. How can I write a single line of code in conditional formatting without having to do 1 number at a time?

presently I go to the manager, new rules, format only rules that contain say = 3 and do my formatting. I want to be able to = 2,7,11,13,........ how can I write this?
