How disable Protected View using VBA

How to disable Protected View message and Enable Editing when the Excel file is opened/downloaded from Outlook? I tried few solutions available online, but that is not working. May be I'm not doing it correctly. Can anyone help me on this?

Thanks Deepak. Can't we handle this using VBA? There may be many Users to whom we are sending it and it may not be practically viable to turn off this feature in each system.
