How can I remove an unwanted character at the end of a string

Hello, I am importing some time data from a Microsoft Project file into Excel. Unfortunately it comes across as General format, 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h, 120h etc. (corresponding to 1,2,3,4 and 5 days). I'm sure that there is a quick "Find and Replace" technique that can strip the "h" from the end of the text and to leave the result as numeric 24, 48, 72, 96, 120. I appreciate that this can be done by other methods like =LEFT().

Can anyone help me to remember?
