How can I copy Contact Card Information from Outlook to Excel if I have multiple e-mails in To Box

Hi,

I want to copy the Contact Card Information of all the E-mail that is in the To Box or if i have a group e-mail then for that from Outlook to Excel through VBA

Please let me know the Code if you have any.

Please also find the attached Work file where i can see the contact information and that i want in Excel but please not that i have multiple contacts like that.

Hi, Bhupesh!
Why not exporting the address book from Outlook to any available format (txt, csv, lastly vcf) and then importing it into or opening it with Excel?

I have tried that but it is not at all exporting that as the data is not stored in our outlook contact list.

Hi Sir,

This is not the Outlook Related issue it is just like that as i am using the Outlook of the Company on that the information are stored in the server. and I have search all the possible solution but i did not get anything.

Hi, Bhupesh!
I think it's closer to Outlook than to Excel since the objects you'd have to deal with to extract the data are from Outlook and just the output is Excel related. Remember that VBA is available at both (and all, I guess) Office products.

No! That is not related to outlook. what I want from VBA as from outlook it is not possible to export that contact list which is not stored in the contact of outlook but stored in the server of a compan.
