How can I change the Green to Red in this cell

Ok, here is a list of all the cells with the correct answers. I would think as long as the counters from the external sheets match the cells from the input sheets I'm good to go. Most are correct. Hopefully this will make sense. Again .... THANK YOU!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!! I just need to know how to fix them
