Horizontal lines in vertical axis and fill total series

Hi,

I am struggling with adding the horizontal lines on the vertical right axis and with filling the whole squares of both total series. Any idea?

Please refer to the attachment. The chart on the right is an image.

Filling:
a) You gotta select needed serie and fill it - and - if necessary to take care order of series.
b) select Multi-level Category Labels
