Highlight Cell If Match Found In Another Column

I am looking to highlight each cell in Column E, if a match is found in Column H.

Highlighting the entire row would be nice (but since some rows are not contiguous -simply highlighting the match will suffice).

I would like to highlight the match in Column E (if found in Column H). I've tried at least 15 different codes every where online but they all seem to not work out for me.

How about a conditional format rule of:

=ISNUMBER(MATCH($E2,$H:$H,0))

This example would be first applied to row 2 (any amount of columns) and then you can copy it down as needed.
