Hide the used item in Excel Drop down for next selection

Hello All,

i have list for 50 Unique Value to be selected and for this i am using the data validation.
For Example
Ram , Shyam , Sita, Geeta and so on

i want to achieve that if the Ram has been used in A2 then Ram should not be available for selection in A3 and the possible value will be Shyam, Sita, Geeta.

Any possibilities of using this by data validation or VBA.
