I want to dispay in cell A1 the coordinates of the active cell. This is in fact show on the left upper corner by excel it self but I can't copy or read it and I need it to make a search in a range. Now i absolutely want to do this WITHOUT VBA. It may be done with an helper colonm or some other help cells but not with VBA.
Can someone help me?
If this is impossible tell me also and I will forget my dream.

Put this in A1
=CELL("address")
It will display the address of the active cell, but it will only update if a cell is changed or the sheet is recalculated.
I don't understand the rest of your post.
