I have another Spreadsheet named Report (BELOW) and I want to select the last incidence based on SPC Data Report in Column C with reference to e.g. U6 in the report and
Report the Data for the Last incidence from Column G, H & I.

I want to select the last incidence In the VLookup Ref and place the value from the row in the Moist, Gly, and Oil Columns in the report. I can use Vlookup but it doesn't refer to the last reference in the Vlookup Column.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
