Help with Pivots

Good Day All,

I hope someone can help me please. Thank you in advance.

So I have this set of sample data and what I am trying to accomplish is get the % per Call Type. My numerator is generic while the denominator is breakdown per type.

Formula: sms/ calls handled

Example

SMS = 20
Total Handled= 50
Call Type 1=5
Call Type 2= 20
Call Type 3= 10
Call Type 4= 15

Overall SMS Count= 20/50 (40%)
Call Type 1 = 20/5 =(400%)
Call Type 2= 20/20 (100%)

Is there a way to create a pivot where I can have a filter/ drop down for Call Type.
