Help with fading text for cell

help to make tip text over the cell that disapper when i start inter atext in the cell
like the cells that contain text like username Or password

it's the same issue but it isn't solved in the thread

Check both the tabs...In Column A & B of sheet1, I have used coditional formatting..and in cells A2 & B2 of sheet2, I have used data validation...

Anything other solution would require VBA..
