Help with Excel Formula

Hello,

I have a sensor turning on a valve at certain times throughout the day. Please see attached data the sensor results. But I need help to make a formula to answer the following questions:

1. Calculate the time it takes the signal to go from 7 to 6.85 between 5:30AM to 5:30PM and 5:30PM to 5:30AM each day?

2. Calculate the time it takes the signal to rise from 6.85 to 7 between 5:30AM to 5:30PM and 5:30PM to 5:30AM each day?

3. How many times does each event happen between 5:30AM to 5:30PM and 5:30PM to 5:30AM?
