Help with Data Comparision

I have two columns (i.e Data1, Data2), where data1 has set of names and data2 has set of names. I wanted to compare these data's and put the difference in column3 and column4. I am not really sure before performing the comparison, do we need to perform TRIMMING too? I have attached a sample file with this message. Any help would be appreciated.

Let me explain you bit more in detail. What I am trying to do here is, I am comparing two machine data's (usually rpms and its version).. So machine1 may contain i.e 500 rpms (Data1) and machine2 may contain i.e 550 rpms (Data2).. So in ideal scenario both Data1 and Data2 should remain same, however some differences were there and we are trying to figure out what is missing in machine1 (Data1) and what is additional in machine2 (Data2) or vice-versa.

Thank you again @Monty. This is exactly what i am looking for but then it is little difficult to scroll down to view the results to see the differences as the value is placed in the respective columns somewhere in-between.

Also i have copied the formula, in a different Excel Sheet (which contains the same set of Data), but then only formula is getting displayed. It could be a blunder message, but i couldn't really see where I am going wrong..

Great, but could you please tell me how you have fixed it and what was the issue? so that I will get a chance to learn from my mistake :)

It's simple I moved data to new sheet as the existing sheet had some formatting issues...Any time formula is not showing result but only formula as in your case just change that cell to general format.....Let me any more challenges..

Thank you again. Is it possible to list out the comparison data from C2 and so on using a macro may be? Currently I need to drag down upto 18000+ cells to see the data which is bit difficult and we may missout something.
