HElP Vlookup with if and conditional formatting

I have sheet A and B. I would like to see if some names from A are on B. If on B then highlight the name on Sheet A if date 1, date 2 or date 3 that are on sheet B are less than TODAY(). So if anyone of the dates are less than TODAY () then I want to highlight the name in sheet A. Please help. Thanks

A and B are sheet names ... but ...
Sheets can have many columns.
Do You have any idea in which columns would find those names?
Same information would be good to get for those 'dates'.
Or
would You like to change all Your possible layout?
or
as many times, the sentence,

From the “A” tab I want to see if the name ABC Foundation is on the tab “B”. @Lmslms80 - Okay Tabs can call Sheets.
... but column ... there are many many columns!
It would be much easier for You too to upload a sample file.
Then no need to guess what are You thinking?
