Help required to create VBA code for group by

Hi Everyone,

I want to create a macro showing the data in two scenarios, attached a file for the reference:
Firstly, Manufacturer by Segment
COLGATE BASE 1349
COLGATE KIDS 737
ALOPECIL CORPORATION, SRL BASE 2341
ALOPECIL CORPORATION, SRL KIDS 1558

And Manufacturer by Brand By Segment

COLGATE ColgateBASE 519
COLGATE Colgate Kids 737

I want a macro code to cater this.

I want to ask you one question, do you have Manufacturer name already in the sheet and need only SUM of that category. or need help to get all details?
