I tried to get N/A for the cells having 0 value, using CF: =(A1<1) Further I need, it shows N/A too if cells are Blank (Range = A1:A5). I tried my best to get but Is there any way? Somendra Misra Excel Ninja Aug 11, 2014 #2 Hi Khalid, You requirement is bit confusing; you want cells with 0 values as N/A??? Regards,
Khalid NGO Excel Ninja Aug 11, 2014 #3 Hi Somendra, Yes if cell = 0 (it show N/A) its working by using CF =(A1<1) Custom Format "N/A" I need the same N/A if cell contains no value (blank) I mean my empty cells should show "N/A" in the above range.

Somendra Misra Excel Ninja Aug 11, 2014 #4 @Khalid NGO I doubt that is possible through CF as it is like putting a default value in empty cell, and CF are not meant for that purpose. Regards,
